Integrity & Discipline Manager


We are searching for an experienced and passionate Integrity & Discipline Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining the trust and confidence of our football community.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Integrity & Discipline Manager will be responsible for embedding the Football Australia (FA) Integrity Framework and other relevant policies throughout Capital Football. You will ensure participants, from grassroots to elite levels, have confidence in the safety, fairness, and inclusivity of their sport.

You will act as the key point of contact for all integrity and complaint-related matters, conduct high-quality and timely evaluations, and oversee the Capital Football Disputes and Disciplinary processes. Your role will also involve providing specialist advice to stakeholders, scheduling disciplinary and appeals committees, and leading the annual disciplinary review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation: Embed the FA Integrity Framework and other policies to ensure compliance at all levels of football.
  • Integrity Management: Serve as the primary contact for integrity and complaint matters, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Disciplinary Administration:
    • Manage the administration of Capital Football’s Disputes and Disciplinary process for all competitions.
    • Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on disciplinary matters.
    • Schedule Disciplinary and Appeals Committee hearings.
    • Lead and oversee the annual disciplinary review process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices in integrity and discipline.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance and provide timely, high-quality reports on integrity-related activities.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dedicated professional with:

  • Has the right to work in Australia.
  • Holds, or has the ability to gain, an ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • A strong understanding of integrity frameworks and governance principles.
  • Experience in disciplinary or complaints management, preferably within a sporting or legal environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to driving cultural change and ensuring fair outcomes.
